At RGII, the safety, health & wellbeing of RGIs is paramount. With the considerable increase in the number of cases related to COVID-19 (coronavirus), we want to ensure we serve our RGIs as efficiently and effectively as is possible during this time. With this in mind, we must be realistic and plan for the potential closure of our office at KCR industrial estate, and so we’d like to outline the options open to you, mainly if you usually conduct your business in person, in our reception.
Please note, from the close of business day tomorrow, Friday 13th March 2020, our office reception will close its doors to all RGIs and the general public, until further notice.
Cert Sale and Return
We will be accepting orders as normal via phone (01) 499 7998.
All cert returns, will still be accepted by post and be processed as normal. Certs can also be delivered to the post-box at our office.
Payments
These can be taken over the phone and can be made to your registered account for cert sales, subscription fees and other services by calling us at (01) 499 7998 Monday – Friday – 8.30 am – 5 pm.
