Christmas Closure

The RGII team would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

RGII operations will halt on Friday, 24th December at 1:00PM and resume on Tuesday, 4th January 2022 at 8:30AM.

Please note that we are monitoring the COVID19 situation very closely and are following government advice to ensure the health and safety of our team. For now, the office will remain closed to the public in the new year.

What you need to know

Purchasing certificates & paying the annual registration fee

Collection will be available from 9am-10am on December 24th for orders placed before 12pm Thursday 23rdDecember.

Please use the online platform to complete your certificate order. Orders placed later than 12pm 23rd of December will not be dispatched or made available for collection until the 4th of January.

2022 Annual Subscription

To pay your annual subscription, please log in here click and click ‘Pay Registration’. For more information and help on payment of subscription fee, please click here. RGIs that have registered email accounts with us will have received an invoice copy via email for your records. Thank you for your continued co-operation and registration with RGII.

LPG Single Stage Propane Regulators

RGII would like to remind RGIs about our technical bulletin published in January this year. This bulletin addresses safety concerns regarding the orientation of single-stage propane regulators and risks which can be more prevalent during colder months (icing). Please see the technical bulletin here.

DGA Reminder

For RGIs whose DGA expired in 2020 or 2021, they must complete their assessment before 31st May 2022 to continue their registration. Please see this notice for more information.

Restoration of gas following a Safety Lock/Disc

There is now an option for RGIs to email GNI a photo of the Declaration of Conformance Certificate to notify them of the restoration of supply to a gas installation. Please email a copy of the certificate, following restoration of gas supply after a safety isolation, with the address or GPRN as subject line to the following email address GasOn@gasnetworks.ie.
