RGII would like to remind all RGIs of their responsibility to return completed Declaration of Conformances (certificates). The requirement is for all RGIs to return completed certificates to RGII within 20 days of issue to your customer. Certificates should be returned by post, or dropped in the box provided at our offices;

The sale and processing of certificates continue as normal. These can be purchased from the RGII online shop at https://rgi.ie/installers/my-account/ or using the dedicated certificate sales hotline at 01 499 7922 during office hours.
Orders placed by phone or through the website can be collected from our offices on the following schedule:
Order collection times:
9am – 10am (If you order before 2pm on the previous day)
3pm – 4pm (If you order before 12 noon on the same day)
Express Post option is available on all orders. Please note that Express Post is mandatory on all orders over €150 due to value of post.
