Is your email address previously registered in our system?
If you have an email address registered with us, you will receive an email containing:
- Your 2024 registration invoice (terms 30 days)
- A link to proceed with the payment online
- A copy of the RGI Rules of Registration
- A link to the CRU Criteria Document
If you do not have an email address registered with us, you will receive a postal letter in the next few days, which will contain:
- Your 2024 registration invoice (terms 30 days)
- A copy of the RGI Rules of Registration
- Guidelines on how to complete your payment
Paying your 2024 Registration Fee Online
The most efficient way to pay is through our website. To pay online please follow the instructions below:
1. Go to rgi.ie and select “Installer Area”.
2. Select “Installer Login”.
- Once you have selected the login button you will be prompted to enter your username and password.
- After logging successfully using your username and password, you will have to click in “Pay Registration”.
- Now add your subscription to your basket.
- Once the required fields have been completed you can now finalise payment.
- You will now be directed to fill out your payment details.
Other methods of payment
Have your credit/debit card details and registration numbers to hand.
Option 1 – to pay by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT):
All relevant, updated bank details of the new SSB will be included in the invoice. Please note registration and invoice number needs to be referenced on the bank transfer
Option 2 – to contact our support centre:
You can contact the RGI scheme support line on (091) 480974 for assistance with payment options.
Please have your invoice and registration number ready as this will be requested on the call.
Note our support team will direct you to pay online.
Once payment has been completed by one of these 3 options outlined above and verification of insurances and qualifications has been processed, your membership will be renewed for 2024.
Payment Deadline
In line with the current process, the annual subscription needs to be paid within 30 days.
Please make sure that you submit your payment by the deadline in order to comply with the Rules of Registration and with the Criteria Documents.
Any change in details about the RGI must be communicated to the RGI scheme.
ID cards new layout
To enhance readability and streamline access to contact details, we have implemented a redesigned layout for the 2024 ID cards, showcasing the RGI brand alongside a QR code that redirects to the RGI website.
