Good and effective communication is essential for providing speedy, reliable and cost effective information to our members. Up to now we made extensive use of letters which can be slow to arrive, time consuming to generate and costly to send out.

As from 1 January 2017 RGII will be moving to communicate more and more with Registered Gas Installers using the medium of electronic communication (Emails, SMS, Web publication, etc.). You will therefore receive less and less paper from us going forward. We plan to enhance the responsiveness and cost effectiveness of the services we provide to you using the benefits of modern technology.

An online form will be available on the RGII website to update your Email address and/or Mobile No if they are incorrrectly published or missing on our website.
